Microsoft is planning to display some Xbox Series X gameplay following month. The software maker will hold a unique Inside Xbox stream on May 7th, with the emphasis squarely on video games for the Xbox Series X. Microsoft’s event will include next-gen gameplay from Microsoft’s “worldwide developers companions.” Still, Xbox Game Studios video game titles will be showcased at a later day.

“So pumped to see our companions showing us a first consider Xbox Series X gameplay next week,” claims Aaron Greenberg, general supervisor of Xbox games advertising and marketing. “Also know the Xbox Game Studios teams are difficult at work on some huge summer plans. Even more information soon!” We’ll likely see even more of Microsoft’s very own Xbox Series X strategy in June, around the moment E3 was intended to be held.

Information about Microsoft’s event comes following Ubisoft exposed its very first trailer for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The new game in the series is arriving this holiday, complete with Vikings, as well as will be offered on Series X and PS5. Ubisoft has also confirmed it will be showing gameplay for Valhalla throughout Microsoft’s occasion.

Microsoft’s Inside Xbox occasion will happen on May 7th at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET.
